This site offers calculators and browser-based records. AI food analysis and analytics involve data leaving your device, as described below.
Body profile, calculation history, meals and workout records are stored in browser Local Storage. This version has no account system or cross-device backup. Clearing site data can delete these records. Other people using the same browser may be able to access them.
When you submit a food image, it passes through our server to Google Gemini for analysis along with your selected language. This API route does not save the image to a site database. Provider processing is subject to its own policies. Avoid images containing faces, documents or unnecessary personal information.
We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate usage information and have installed Google AdSense. When serving ads, Google may process cookies, IP addresses and device information to deliver or measure advertising. Hosting providers may process request information to operate and secure the site. Our information notice is not a Google advertising consent control.
You can delete device records through your browser’s site-data settings and manage cookies using browser controls. This does not delete information already received by external providers. Their policies and advertising controls are linked below. Contact contact@fittoomuch.com with questions or corrections.
